Delivery times vary by location:
• Cairo: 2-3 business days
• Giza: 3-4 business days
• Alexandria and outside Cairo: 3-6 business days
• standard shipping is 85 EGP across all Egypt

What is your return & exchange policy?
You may return any unwanted product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags attached.
You are also welcome to inspect the product with the delivery representative before accepting it. If you decide not to proceed, you may refuse the order, and no shipping fees will be charged.
Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or returned without tags are not eligible for a refund.

The item or size I want is out of stock, when will it restock?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
